Each and every individual holds their own unique characteristics that differentiate themselves from the rest. However, due to our social nature, in order to fit in, a mask is often worn to hide distinctive features that are labeled as unfitting to social norms. This piece prioritizes the portrayal of the loss of individuality caused by the long-term effects of acting as someone they're not. This mixed-media drawing was created with a 9x12 Strathmore paper with Prismacolor pencils and sharpies.
